"Personalised" accordions are going out of fashion. They are being replaced, just like many other traditional hand-made products, by instruments manufactured industrially which are of fairly good quality but cannot aspire to match the perfection of their predecessors. For us, on the other hand, time stands still.

The production of personalised accordions is still the pride of our company: the DALLAPE & SON ACCORDION FACTORY. Faithful to the old family motto that the only good publicity is one that stems from quality, we resisted the temptation of pushing the company's output beyond the limits dictated by our old but still unsurpassed methods of production.

We have chosen therefore to keep a low profile in order to be able to keep manufacturing accordions of the highest professional quality and real works of art. The unmistakable timbre of a DALLAPE accordion, its unique melodic voice, at the same time soft and strong, is obtained through hand-made reeds produced by our best craftsmen, who rely on the technical experience acquired over the years spent in a top-level workshop.

We produce a vast range of instruments, from piano accordions to chromatic accordions of all kinds, with traditional and standard bass or free bass (Convertor and Bajan), made to order for top musicians worldwide and devoted to all genres: from light music to jazz, from rock to folk dance music, from musette to classical and liturgical music.

The hand-made quality of our production line enables us to implement all sorts of technical modifications (as long as they are compatible with the type of instrument) and decorations required by our customers.
